Returns & Exchanges
Our customer's satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return within 30 days of date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, item must be unworn, undamaged and the same condition as you have received it. The shoe must be sent back in the original box and preferably in the packaging you have received it. (If you do not have the box the shoe was shipped in, you may use any box. Please do not ship the shoe in the shoebox. It will not be accepted)
Here's how to get your shoe to Infinity and get your full refund:
By Mail: you must send us an email and get a return authorization number. Once you get the RA number, please package item and include the receipt and RA number.
Credits will be made in the form of the original payment or in the form of merchandise credit in accordance with our policies. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
All sale items are final sale.
Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for a refund or merchandise credit to be issued.
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanges must be done in person, or you may return via mail and re-order.
